Minis

There were many things I wanted to do in May. Well it's June already and my blog is changing from Negligent into Neglected. Oh dear I don't even know how to pronounce either one :)

I loved the pictures of color blocks on IG so I went to play with my minis I made for #MMminimini challenge. Do you consider grey as color? Or grey doesn't count?

In case you are wondering I used that LOVE motif again. I can't help it. Credits to Jason Mraz :)

Can you spot few differences? It was fun. I like this type of photos.

But I also love the texture on our water well.

These were made with scraps and leftovers from my recent projects. My fav grey background.
I have also quilted my cushion top which features some scraps of quilt I'm yet to share in full. Bad Vera!

Note to self. Use some pins next time around! I created some lovely puckers on the back.

Do not worry my friends, I'm well just a little neglected :)

  10. There you are - and your posts - and projects - always make me smile :)

I love how nicely grey plays with other colours, but it's nice enough to stand on it's own too. Just keep using it - whether it's a colour or a neutral, lol! Pretty mini's - is that tiny little coloured block (from the top, pictures 3 & 5) in that one mini, done with embroidery floss? It looks textured, and it POPS in the block - really sweet!

Yes, grey is a colour, but only you seem to be able to make me excited about it.
