This and that
I was wondering if I should set up goal for May. I'm going to copy cat others and pick a goal from my FAL list. What a great idea! I'm going with Echino bag. Stage one - prewash the fabric - DONE! :-)
Have you heard about Jaybird quilts SAL? I'm trying out the mini Hex N More ruler so we'll see what I ended up with.
Do you have some strips in your stash? You might be interested in participating in Strip-easy quilt challenge. For more info check this post @ Pieced Brain. I might be playing around with these. Some scraps I got from a friend.
As usual I'm all over the place.

ReplyDeleteEverything looks good, I like that you've posted lots of different things. :)
ReplyDeleteI love the fabrics for your Echino bag. Now I just have to figure out what an Echino bag is. I love hexie quilts so I'll be waiting to see how the ruler works, for you. Finally, you've got to love scraps and those ones are lovely. I wouldn't know how not to be "all over the place". That's the fun part of working with fabric...and yarn...and beads.....see, there I go again.
ReplyDeleteI love Echino prints - I have the one on the right, and I may even have a bit of the one on the left, lol!
ReplyDeleteAlways great projects on the go over here!
ReplyDeleteWhat pattern if any are you using for your Echino bag? Still planning on a messenger style?

I like the picture of the quilts hanging on the clothesline. Too bad I can't put up a clothesline just for pictures.
